Downloading and Installing Office 365 Software for Mac

Instructions for installing the Office 365 version of Microsoft Office for Mac.

    1. Go to the Office 365 Portal.
    2. Enter your MSU Email.
    3. Select Next.

    4. Enter your MSU Password.
    5. Select Sign In.
      ''

    6. Select the Checkbox for Don't show this again.
    7. Select No.
      ''

    8. Select Install Office Apps.
    9. Select Office 2016.
    10. If you need a different language or the 64 bit version, please select Other install options.

    11. Save the Install File.
    12. Select the Install File and follow the prompts to begin installation.
    13. Select Continue.
      ''

    14. Select Continue.
      ''

    15. Select Accept.
      ''

    16. Select Install.
      NOTE: You may need to input your Mac Profile Password to approve the installation.

    17. Select Close.
