Research
My research, along with that of my team, focuses on advancing health and sustainability through an Integrated Environmental Health and Risk Assessment approach. Building on my expertise in toxicology, environmental health, and risk assessment, our team examines the complex interactions between environmental toxicants, human activities, agricultural practices, and regulatory frameworks. We integrate knowledge from various disciplines—including animal and plant health, climate science, human and animal behavior, and policy analysis—to gain a comprehensive understanding of how environmental chemicals affect agricultural production and animal health. Through this transdisciplinary approach, we aim to develop science-based, practical strategies that mitigate health risks while fostering sustainable development and economic resilience. Our research is dedicated to providing actionable insights and solutions that empower industry practitioners and communities to enhance both human and environmental health outcomes.
