Jurly Rodríguez Campos
Jurly Rodriguez Campos is a food industry professional with 20 years' experience leading operations, manufacturing, food safety and quality processes in multinational companies. She has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Costa Rica and a Master's degree from the Technological Institute of Costa Rica.
Ms. Rodríguez is experienced in food safety and quality, as well as in developing and implementing risk management processes such as quality risk assessment, FMEA and HACCP. She has served as a lead auditor and trainer in certification processes, regulatory requirements, and FSQR audits.
She leads an independent food consulting firm based in Costa Rica which helps companies improve their operations.
Ms. Rodriguez is a contributing subject matter expert to IFLR's course Food Laws & Regulations in Latin America (not currently offered).
