Rahwa Hassen
Rahwa Hassen is a dedicated Project Manager with nearly a decade of experience managing programs across Africa and the U.S. She specializes in international development, global health, and gender equity, bringing a passion for working with diverse teams and fostering partnerships that make a difference. At FSG, Rahwa coordinates program activities, supports work planning, organizes global and regional events, and collaborates with team members and partners to keep projects running smoothly.
Rahwa’s career has spanned roles in advocacy, research, and capacity building, including work with grassroots organizations, refugee communities, and international donors. Her work has driven community-led solutions, strengthened organizational capacity, and promoted equity for women, girls, and other underserved populations globally. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and a Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University.
