Center for Regenerative Agriculture

Tonya is a team member at nRhythm and acts as the Center for Regenerative Agriculture’s Strategic Initiatives Coordinator. In their role, Tonya assists with developing and managing the Center’s priority areas. She also focuses on team development and loves to eaves drop on the researchers geek out about methane, soil carbon, and ecosystem services.

Tonya has had a diverse and winding career path, starting as a pastry chef, becoming an urban agriculture advocate, and practicing corporate law. They love to learn and see others thrive at work, which led to her current role at nRhythm and with the Center.
