The capital and main city is Maputo.

- Climate: Mozambique has a tropical climate with two seasons, a wet season from October to March and a dry season from April to September
Fun Fact: Some of the richest coral reefs are in Mozambique. There are over 1,200 species of fish that have been identified in the coastal waters of Mozambique.
