Are you hoping to transfer your farmland to the next generation, but are unsure of how all the details will work concerning long-term care funding? Please join us at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, for a lunchtime webinar, “Protecting the Farm: Medicaid & What Farmers Should Know”.

During the webinar, attorney Libby Sanderson will discuss how to transfer a farm while ensuring long-term care coverage for the exiting generation. Planning ahead is critical, particularly for farm owners hoping to qualify for Medicaid funding. The webinar is offered to help people learn about the major issues and basic strategies used for Medicaid planning within farm estate transfers. Libby is an attorney at Sarah’s Law Firm, which is focused on estate planning, including farm transfers.
