Are you a peach grower, or wondering what average costs are for Michigan growers? Join Michigan State University (MSU) Extension at 12 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2026, for a 1-hour review of the Michigan Peach Cost of Production study conducted recently by MSU Extension.

During the webinar, we will cover the main results of the study and review the establishment, production and harvest costs found for Michigan orchards. The report includes information on both fresh peach production and processor-oriented production.

We will explain how to use the tables to assess breakeven prices and per bushel costs for different yields. We will also present on how to adjust the study’s results to your specific farm’s numbers by walking through calculations for different farm scenarios.

This webinar is part of the Farm Policy and Risk Management series. This webinar will be recorded and put up on the MSU Extension website afterwards, so that it can be accessed anytime.
