Kristin Leutgeb’s research focuses on understanding how the chemical diversity of plant odors shapes insect behavior and the structure of ecological networks. Specifically, she studies how variation in volatile organic compound (VOC) blends, especially terpenes, affects interactions among plants, herbivores and their natural enemies.
