Background and Research interests
Somneang is a Fulbright student from Cambodia. He completed his bachelor's in Food Science and Technology at Jiangnan University, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, in 2018. Somneang worked in the food-related industry for six years before coming to MSU to pursue a master’s degree in Food Science. His research focuses on CE strawberry production. Moreover, Somneang is particularly interested in fruit and vegetable processing. Likewise, he is eager to learn CE agricultural technology.
