Program Details
Duration:
12 weeks- Typically early May to mid August
Salary and benefits:
Full time, max 40 hours/week ($16.00/hour)
Student health insurance available as needed
Expectations:
If students are conducting research at MSU campus, they are expected to commute to the lab/location at which they are working.
Program Objectives
- Provide an immersive research and professional development experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields for students with limited opportunities to pursue mentored research.
- Promote a novel generation of scientists by cultivating the skills required to create and sustain comprehensive environments that are vital to the success of our graduates and the future of entomology as a profession.
