2025 Extension PEARS Deadlines

Staff are expected to report/update Program Activities, Direct Contacts, Indirect Activities, Partnerships, Coalitions, and Strategic Connections on a minimum of a monthly basis. More frequent reporting is recommended. Quarterly Efforts are only due Quarterly. Success stories should be reported as they occur. Everything for 2025 (January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025) MUST be reported by before the year end deadline which is January 15, 2026 at 5:59 pm

  • February 17 by 6 pm
  • March 17 by 6 pm
  • April 15 by 6 pm (Jan-Mar Quarterly Report is due) 
  • May 15 by 6 pm
  • June 16 by 6 pm
  • July 15 by 6 pm (Apr-Jun Quarterly Report is due) 
  • August 15 by 6 pm
  • September 15 by 6 pm
  • October 15 by 6 pm (Jul-Sep Quarterly Report is due) 
  • November 17 by 6 pm
  • December 16 by 6 pm
  • January 15 by 5:59 pm (Oct-Dec Quarterly Report is due & system closes for 2025)

January 15, 2026 at 5:59 pm (Oct-Dec Quarterly Report is due) (system closes for 2025 after this date/time)

When can I star reporting on 2026?

PEARS opens for 2026 reporting on January 16 at 7 am. If you need to report a 2026 program before that date, enter it in PEARS, and be sure it has only 2026 dates listed - it will be moved to 2026 on January 16.
