Extension PEARS Deadlines

2025 Extension PEARS Deadlines

Staff are expected to report/update Program Activities, Direct Contacts, Indirect Activities, Partnerships, Coalitions, and Strategic Connections on a minimum of a monthly basis. More frequent reporting is recommended. Quarterly Efforts are only due Quarterly. Success stories should be reported as they occur. Everything for 2025 (January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025) MUST be reported by before the year end deadline which is TBD.

When to start reporting on Extension 2025?

2025 reporting can begin on January 16, 2025 at 7 am and should include anything that happens in calendar year 2025. 

2025 Extension monthly reporting deadlines
  • February 17 by 6 pm
  • March 17 by 6 pm
  • April 15 by 6 pm (Jan-Mar Quarterly Report is due) 
  • May 15 by 6 pm
  • June 16 by 6 pm
  • July 15 by 6 pm (Apr-Jun Quarterly Report is due) 
  • August 15 by 6 pm
  • September 15 by 6 pm
  • October 15 by 6 pm (Jul-Sep Quarterly Report is due) 
  • November 17 by 6 pm
  • December 16 by 6 pm
  • January Deadline is still TBD  (Oct-Dec Quarterly Report is due & system closes for 2025)
2025 Extension End of Year reporting deadline

SNAP-Ed/EFNEP PEARS Deadlines

2025 SNAP-Ed/EFNEP Deadlines

Staff are expected to report/update Program Activities, Direct Contacts, Indirect Activities, Partnerships, Coalitions, and Strategic Connections on a minimum of a monthly basis. More frequent reporting is recommended. Quarterly Efforts are only due Quarterly. Success stories should be reported as they occur. Everything for federal fiscal year 2025 (October 1, 2024 - September 30, 2025) should be reported by October 3, 2025 at 6 pm. The system closes for changes on October 15 at 6 pm.

  • November 15 by 6 pm
  • December 16 by 6 pm
  • January 15 by 6 pm (Oct-Dec Quarterly Report is due & system closes for 2024)
  • February 17 by 6 pm
  • March 16 by 6 pm
  • April 15 by 6 pm (Jan-Mar Quarterly Report is due) 
  • May 15 by 6 pm
  • June 16 by 6 pm
  • July 15 by 6 pm (Apr-Jun Quarterly Report is due) 
  • August 15 by 6 pm
  • September 15 by 6 pm
  • October 3 by 6 pm for SNAP-Ed (can make changes until October 15) (Jul-Sep Quarterly Report is due)

2026 reporting can begin on October 16, 2025 at 7 am and should include anything that happens in federal fiscal year 2026 (October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026) .
