Flexibility
Physical activities that build flexibility involve moving a joint throughout its normal range of motion. Maintaining good flexibility is important for everyday tasks, such as bending over to tie your shoes, and also helps to reduce the risk of injury of your major muscles. Activities such as toe touches or arm circles are examples of flexibility training.
