Dr. Marlou Lasschuijt is an Assistant Professor in the Sensory Science and Eating Behavior group at Wageningen University & Research (The Netherlands). With a background in clinical dietetics and a PhD focused on physiological mechanisms of satiation, her work bridges nutrition, sensory science and eating behavior. Her expertise is in conducting human intervention trials to explore how sensory experiences and eating behavior shape dietary intake and physiological responses. She is passionate about translating sensory nutrition science into meaningful applications for health.
