Appreciative Inquiry

Use a strengths-based approach to ask better questions, uncover what’s working, and build forward from it to create meaningful change.

This session introduces Appreciative Inquiry as a core leadership practice grounded in curiosity, strengths, and possibility. Participants explore how the questions we ask shape the outcomes we create, and how shifting from problem-focused thinking to strengths-based inquiry can change how individuals and teams approach challenges.

Through guided activities and practice, participants learn how to ask thoughtful, generative questions, identify what is already working, and apply these insights to leadership, teamwork, and growth. The session emphasizes how Appreciative Inquiry can be used in everyday interactions to build trust, foster engagement, and support more effective and sustainable change.
