Giving & Receiving Feedback

Learn how to give clear, constructive feedback and receive it in ways that support growth, accountability, and stronger working relationships.

This session explores feedback as a core leadership practice — shifting from judgment or avoidance to a more grounded, growth-oriented approach. Participants learn how to communicate observations clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and create conversations that support reflection and development rather than defensiveness.

Through guided practice, individuals build confidence in both giving and receiving feedback. The session emphasizes how to depersonalize feedback, stay focused on learning, and use these conversations to strengthen trust, improve performance, and support others in taking ownership of their growth.
