Job Crafting™ Exercise
Clarify your strengths, values, and interests and adjust how you approach your work to increase motivation and engagement.
This session guides participants through the Job Crafting™ Exercise, developed by the Center for Positive Organizations at the University of Michigan. Through a structured, facilitated process, individuals reflect on what energizes and drains them in their current role, reconnect with their strengths and motivations, and explore how their work can better align with what matters most.
Rather than focusing on changing jobs, this experience helps participants rethink how they approach their existing role. Through reflection, discussion, and application, participants begin to identify practical shifts that can lead to greater purpose, energy, and fulfillment in their day-to-day work.

- Greater clarity on what energizes and drains you in your work
