This session helps leaders rethink how meetings are planned and facilitated so they are intentional, productive, and worth people’s time. Participants explore how to move beyond routine or reactive meetings by clarifying purpose, defining roles, and designing agendas that lead to clear outcomes.

Using GLLA’s PIC model (Process, Interaction, Content), participants learn how to balance what is being discussed with how the meeting is run and how people are engaged. The session emphasizes thoughtful design, strong facilitation, and awareness of group dynamics to create meetings that are more focused, inclusive, and effective.
