Cohesive Teams (Five Behaviors®)
Understand the key behaviors that drive effective teams and identify where your team can improve.
This session introduces the Five Behaviors® model, based on the work of Patrick Lencioni, and explores what it takes for teams to move from dysfunction to cohesion. Participants engage in guided dialogue around the core components of effective teams: trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability, and a focus on results.
Through reflection and conversation, teams assess how these dynamics show up in their own work, identify barriers that may be holding them back, and begin to build a shared understanding of what stronger team functioning could look like in practice.
What you’ll gain:
• A clear framework for understanding team dynamics and performance
• Insight into where your team is strong and where growth is needed
• Shared language to talk about trust, conflict, and accountability
• Greater alignment around how to work together more effectively
