Leading from Any Chair

Build the mindset and confidence to lead effectively, regardless of your role or title.

This session introduces a core belief of GLLA: leadership is not defined by position, but by how you show up, engage with others, and take responsibility for the common good. Participants explore what it means to lead from wherever they are and how small, intentional actions can create meaningful impact within their teams and communities.

Through reflection and conversation, this experience helps individuals see their own capacity to lead, recognize opportunities for influence, and consider how they want to show up in their work and lives.

What you'll gain:

  • A clearer understanding of leadership as a mindset, not a title
  • Increased confidence to take initiative and contribute where you are
  • Inspiration to lead with intention and for the common good
  • A foundation for continued leadership growth and development
