This session guides participants through a structured, coach-informed process to identify a meaningful area for growth and develop a plan to move forward. Individuals reflect on a current challenge or opportunity, clarify what they want to achieve, and explore what may be getting in the way. 

Through facilitated dialogue and peer input, participants build a practical action plan grounded in what matters most to them. The process also introduces the concept of a “circle of support and challenge” — identifying people who can provide encouragement, feedback, and accountability as they continue their growth beyond the session.
