Reflected Best Self Exercise™
Discover your strengths through the eyes of others and create a clear picture of who you are at your best as a leader.
This experience is based on the Reflected Best Self Exercise™ developed by the University of Michigan’s Center for Positive Organizations. Participants engage in a structured, facilitated process that begins with gathering real stories and feedback from colleagues, peers, and others who have seen them at their best.
Working with a trained facilitator, participants review and reflect on this feedback to identify key strengths, values, and patterns in how they show up. Through guided dialogue and reflection, each participant creates a personal “best self” portrait — a clear, strengths-based understanding of who they are and how they lead when they are most effective.
This process not only builds individual self-awareness, but also strengthens trust and connection within teams by recognizing and celebrating the best in one another.
What you’ll gain:
• A personalized collection of strengths-based feedback from your network
• Greater clarity on your unique strengths and leadership impact
• A “best self” portrait you can use to guide your growth and decision-making
• Increased confidence and alignment in how you lead and show up
