Systems Thinking for Leaders

Learn to understand complex challenges, identify patterns, and find leverage points for meaningful and lasting change.

This session introduces human-centered systems thinking as a way to better understand and respond to complex issues. Participants explore what a system is, how patterns and relationships shape outcomes, and why effective leadership requires looking beyond individual problems to the larger system at play.

Through guided activities, participants apply these concepts to a real issue they care about. They map key relationships, identify underlying dynamics and mindsets, and explore where small shifts could lead to meaningful change. The session emphasizes curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to hold multiple perspectives while working toward a more intentional and effective future.
